Purchase Order Download

Yes, you have a way to set the File name of the downloaded purchase order manually to its PO number. We'll just have to set the option in your browser setting to ask where to save each file before downloading. This way, it won't automatically download and you have a way to set the file name. 

Here are the easy steps in the Google Chrome browser. 

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. At the upper-right corner, click the three vertical dots and click Settings.
3. From the left menu, click Advanced and then Downloads.
4. Toggle to turn on the Ask where to save each file before downloading option.

Every time you download a form, the Save As window will prompt asking you to modify the file name, file type, and location where to save the file.

Thank you - I"ve been changing the file name myself when I download it but I was hoping there's a way to keep from doing it manually like when an invoice is downloaded.
