Purchase Orders

How can I get rid of the $0.00 under the Amount on a purchase order, when there is no cost for that line item?

Purchase Orders

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, mwagner17.

You can remove any amounts from your Amount field for a line item on purchase orders.

Here's how:

  1. Open the purchase order you're working with.
  2. In your Item details section, find a line item you want to delete the amount for.
  3. Click your field in the Amount column. This will be the field which displays the current amount (example: 0.00, or 2.00).
  4. Delete all characters from the field until it's empty.
  5. Select Save and close.

I've also included a detailed resource about working with purchase orders whiich may come in handy moving forward: Create & send purchase orders

Please feel welcome to send a reply if there's any additional questions. Have a wonderful Thursday!
