QB App has completely crashed.

Yet again the QB app to create an invoice has completely crashed. Everything you type results in ERROR or "your app is not working now, try again later"

QB App has completely crashed.

Creating invoices is crucial for you and your business nowadays, @Rtpringle. It seems that you are unable to create one due to specific error. I will provide you with guidance on this.

To resolve this and continue using the QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) app, I suggest refreshing your data to ensure you have the most up-to-date information. This will help you overcome the temporary issue and assign invoices smoothly again. I'll show you how:

For iOS:

  1. In Settings, hit General.
  2. Click iPhone storage and tap QuickBooks Self-Employed app.
  3. After that, tick Offload to free up the storage without deleting the app's documents and data.

For Android:

  1. From your phone Settings, go to Apps.
  2. Find the QBSE app and select Storage.
  3. If done, hit Clear cache or Clear app data.

Alternatively, you may use any supported browsers on your device and access your QBSE to continue making an invoice.

Furthermore, feel free to QBSE Overview for additional reference. This resource tackles more about how this program tracks every business transaction throughout the year.
