Please know that I recognize the importance of being able to easily access your financial information through the app.
Since this is more like app inconsistency, let's perform a troubleshooting step to resolve this concern.
Too much cache on any application, such as QuickBooks Online, can cause malfunctions inside the app. That's why you can't see your customers. We'll have to reset the app to ensure your QBO app works properly.
For iOS:
- Go to your phone's settings.
- Select General, then choose iPhone Storage.
- Tap QuickBooks Online from the application list.
- Select Offload App to free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app.
If you still have the same issue after refreshing the data, proceed to uninstall and reinstall the app. I also recommend utilizing a supported mobile browser to manage your QB Checking account, as a workaround.
