Buy nowI am currently setting up QB commerce to integrate Amazon FBA. I have remote fulfillment set up to sell in Canada and Mexico through US FBA fulfillment.
Because Amazon has the same inventory available to purchase in three marketplaces QB Commerce is pulling it in three times and shows that I have 3x the inventory that I actually have in FBA.
I contacted help support, but they told me that this is a problem with Amazon, and I need to call them (which I don't agree is the case).
Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution? Thanks in advance!
I want to resolve this at the soonest moment, @TallboyCC.
Let me share some information about inventory in QuickBooks Commerce. This way, I can guide you accordingly in handling your items.
Please see below for more information on how QuickBooks Commerce and Amazon work:
Amazon does not notify QuickBooks Commerce if new products are added to your seller central account.
QuickBooks Commerce pulls your Amazon product only after you set up your integration. After that, you should manually create the variant in QuickBooks Commerce with the matching Amazon SKUs.
You need to enter two times with your item and SKUs to match them.
For more details, see this article: Amazon FAQs.
In your case, there is a possibility that there is a problem with the item mapping. With this, I'd recommend communicating with the Amazon support. They can further review your item set up and can provide additional troubleshooting steps.

Hello @TirzahC , and thank you for that information.
Unfortunately, that is not related to the issue that I am having.
Amazon is already integrated with QB Commerce, and all of the SKUs are correctly mapped and working together.
I am selling on three Amazon marketplaces:
-US
-Canada
-Mexico
Amazon uses the same inventory from us warehouses to fulfill orders from those three places.
So let's say I have Qty = 10 of SKU #1 in US FBA.
Amazon shows that 10 of SKU #1 are available for purchase in US, CA, and MX. This is accurate.
But QB Commerce is taking all three of these marketplaces separately, so it is showing that I have Qty = 30 of SKU #1.
I tried to remove the CA and MX marketplaces, but it will not let me do them unless I adjust the stock to zero.
But I can't adjust the stock because it is FBA and not local stock.
So I need some way to either correct the way that QB Commerce counts this inventory, or I need to somehow remove those marketplaces from QB Commerce without having stock = 0.
So far I've figured out how to temporarily zero out the additional marketplaces, but they repopulate when you refresh the link to Amazon.
What app do you use of integration?
