This is a dumb question but I have no other choice but to ask it here. How do I verify which email my QB Community account is using and how do I get it to send me emails when people reply to my questions on QB Community.
I have looked everywhere in the settings and cannot find it. I tried QB live chat and they couldn't help me.
When people reply to my questions I need to get an email notification. But I am not.
Please help, thank you!

I'm here to ensure you'll be able to locate and read the responses for your issues. Once you posted a question in the Community, the program will send you an email notification when someone answers your question. You can also check the spam and junk folder of your email if you still didn't receive the message.
You'll be notified when you log in to your account, just click your Profile icon and choose the Ring bell Notifications option.
To locate the Community discussion you have posted, you can visit your profile by clicking this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1187971. Then, click the Posts section to see all the replies to your concern.

As per checking those threads, the users haven't replied to your concerns yet. That could be the reason why you haven't receive any email yet. Also, I've read your concern in your previous reply.
As my colleague shared, you'll receive an email notification once our team responded to the questions you've posted in this forum. To check which email account you're using, you can access accounts.intuit.com to see the associated email like your QuickBooks account.

@SarahannC thank you for your reply. I was able to verify and update my email with the link you sent. It was confusing having to go somewhere else to do that...it seems like this would be done within the Community profile settings. Thank you for your help!
