QB Desktop Sales Order - Adding a Disclaimer

I'm using SalesOrderAdd request to create sales orders on QB desktop (Via the QuickBooks web connector). The sales order creation works fine but now I need to add a disclaimer to the sales orders as you can see in the bellow image.

Which parameter can I use for this in the SalesOrderAdd request?


Example sales order that I want to create:

QB Desktop Sales Order - Adding a Disclaimer

You have to use a non inventory item with that description, unfortunately it will also show a charge of zero, that can not be helped

Thanks for the response Rustler. Ideally, we are looking for a solution that doesn't include the zero charge line items.
