QB desktop version for Mac Neo

QuickBooks Desktop for Mac is no longer available, as the Mac versions were discontinued in 2024.
 

As a QuickBooks Online subscriber, you can use the QuickBooks Online Desktop App, which gives you a desktop-like experience while keeping your data in the cloud.
 

Here’s how to get it on your Mac:
 

1. Click the Gear icon at the top right.
2. Under Your Company, select Get Desktop App.
3. Choose Download for Mac and follow the prompts to install.
    

Since the Mac desktop version is discontinued, you won’t be able to run a full native QuickBooks Desktop on your Mac. Using the QBO Desktop App ensures you can access your QuickBooks Online data in a familiar interface with full support.
