Buy nowHi,
A month ago I upgraded to QB Enterprise (I love it!). I know that Enterprise allows me to open two company files at once. However, even if I only have one company file open, I am getting the attached error message. It is persistent.
Any advice on this is much appreciated!

I appreciate you sharing detailed information and screenshots of the error message you are encountering with your upgraded QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Enterprise version, PattiB.
To resolve the error message you are encountering, I recommend opening the Task Manager and selecting End Task to refresh QuickBooks.
Here's how:
Please see the sample screenshot below for reference:
After that, please re-launch your QBDT Enterprise.
Please feel free to reply below with any questions or updates on your progress.
Can you opening the sample file as the second one?
Hi Siab,
Yes I can and I have just done that and it is updating the company file right now.
Thanks!
Thanks NerbynMael, I will try this the next time I get the error message and let you know what happens.
I have had to reboot the computer to get it to clear out, so this sounds like a great way to resolve the issue!
