Hello there, sdaley1. To help you quickly, could you let us know exactly what you’re importing? For example, is it payroll data, a bank feed, a CSV into QBO, or something else? That way, we can guide you to the best fix for the duplicate issue.
For the direct deposit, it really depends on the payroll software or third-party app you're using. QuickBooks just follows the lead of whatever data those apps share with us. If there isn't an option to auto-import that info, then you'll have to go ahead and enter it manually.
