QB nightmare

Why does Intuit make it so hard to get competent customer service... or even just reach someone? I was trying to order a subscription to QBSE, but got an error that my card could be processed. Never mind this is the first time I've had an issue with it. So I tried logging into my account and clicking Help. However a box keeps popping up that blocks me from doing that. So I tried scheduling a call with a salesperson. I told her my situation. So she transferred me to a CS rep and I explained again. And got transferred to another rep and was asked to explain AGAIN. At this point I'm so done with Quickbooks. Hopefully someone reads this and figures out how to get their stuff together.

Welcome to QB, where every day is an adventure. **Eyeroll**

They are all about not knowing, so you get transferred from person to person.

Sadly, I don't have any answers, other than cancel your QB and find a different, better company.

They are out there.

Good luck.

Hello there.

I apologize for the experience you had with the support, @PPVBruce. Please know that this is not what we want you to have. Rest assured that we'll pass along your experience here on our end so we can better the customer support we provide to you and other users.

Pertaining to your issue in which you can't complete the subscription process due to a certain bank error, I'd recommend using another credit card instead. With this, we'll be able to identify if the problem has something to do with the bank.

However, if the issue persists even after using a different card, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care Support. I know you've already contacted them but it's the best thing to do since they have the necessary tools to look at your account securely and find out the root cause of this issue.

Please don't hesitate to hit on the Reply button if you need further assistance in managing your QBSE subscription. I'll be right here to help you thoroughly. Keep safe.
