I appreciate you for updating us on this, @ohs. I'll be sharing some information about the roles and permissions in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app.
The option to log in with a Sales Manager role is unavailable. At this time, only master admin and company admin users can access the QBO mobile app.
Our engineers are working their best to have this issue fixed quickly. As a workaround, I’d suggest accessing your QuickBooks Online using a browser on your mobile phone.
In the meantime, you can access your QBO account through a web browser.
Here's the link to the QBO login page: https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/login. From there, enter your username and password, then select the company file you want to open.
