At this time, there isn't a way to batch edit product and services. However, you can export a list of the product and services, edit them, then import them back in. Please be aware that when doing this, if you were to misspell any names of the products and services, the import will not be successful. This will instead create a new product or service.

I also wanted to mention that I think it would be a great idea to have the option to batch edit the product and services in QuickBooks Online. That said, I've gone ahead and submitted this suggestion to our Product Development Team. This way, the feedback can be took into consideration for a future update.
For now, the safest way to make changes to the list would be to Edit each product or service individually.
