Thank you for posting in the Community. I'm here to help figure out why sales are moving into Held Receipts.
We'll need to recreate your sales transactions to determine where the problem came from. Before doing anything, let's start with creating a backup file to prevent data loss.
Here's how:
- Click the File tab at the top.
- Select Back Up Data.
- Choose a backup location.
- Click Backup.
- Click Finish.

Once done, you can now recreate the sales transactions and see if it still happens. If the problem continues, we'll need to proceed with repairing your QuickBooks Point of Sale.
