QB Time logins and team member access

Still stuck after multiple phone calls to QBO and QB Time. I have been told all QB time logins have moved to QBO, as I can no longer access client time accounts directly from QB time.

 

I can access QB Time accounts for my clients, but my team members can not. They get a notice that they do not have permission and to to contact the QB Time administrator. I have confirmed those QB Time companies are checked under client access.

Since you have alraedy confirmed that those QuickBooks Time companies are checked under client access, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Time Support team again. As they can provide specific information about why this happens and offer assistance in addressing your concerns.
