QBO applied 2022 Worker's Comp Rates to my 2023 4th QTR return. I reached out 4 times for help, and each QBO Help person couldn't help me. How can I get help?

Is there a way to reach out to directly to a Supervisor within QBO Help?  Where can I file a complaint regarding my dissatisfaction in the quality of the help staff?

  1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
  2. Press the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter your question and hit Let's talk
  4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback

Keep us updated on how it goes. Feel free to reach back out to me if you need further assistance. Have a great day!

I had reached out to QBO Help 4 times in one day.  Once in a Chat help call, the QBO's Help employee kept me on the Chat for over an hour, and would leave me hanging, and then come back and ask another question that clearly showed they didn't understand me, and the other 3 help requests I requested a call back, and spent over an hour each with those 3 separate QBO Payroll Specialist Help people and each one of those 3, were useless and English wasn't their primary language, and they didn't understand me at all.  (I had a similar issue with our 2nd company, and fortunately the QBO Help Specialist knew exactly what the issue was, and corrected it.) I am seriously considering changing our payroll provider to BambooHR.  Very frustrated with QBO's Payroll right now.  I need a QBO's specialist to reach out to me, and make this right!
