QBO Charge

Hi,

 

Has anyone here also experienced being charged for another company's QBO subscription?

Hello there, @samirpql. I'd be glad to share some information regarding the charges in your QuickBooks account.

Every QuickBooks account or company needs an additional subscription. So if you have an active second account, you'll be charged the amount depending on which version of the product you're using. You can check it from the Account and Settings for more details. I'll show you how.
 

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Click the Account and Settings and select the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Then under the Plan Details section, you can review your subscription information.
     

However, if you don't have an active QuickBooks Online account, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support Team. They can securely look into your account and checked why you have been charged.

Here's how:
 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:

 

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
