I appreciate your for using the QBO Educactor portal and how you like its features, @Reed San Diego.
It seems like you're having a bowser-related issue that can be fixed with basic troubleshooting steps. Please know that QuickBooks Online uses cache to speed-up page loading. However, it may show random error when loaded with temporary internet files.
To confirm, let's open a private or incognito window by using the keyboard shortcut keys listed below to access according to your preferred browser:
- Google Chrome, press CTRL+ Shift+N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL+Shift+P
- Internet Explorer: Press CTRL+Shift+P
- Safari: press Command+Shift+N
Then, log in to your account and try to view your student's QBO progress. If it works without any problem, start the troubleshooting by clearing the cache in your regular browser.
If the error persists, I'd recommend contacting our Intuit Education support to help you check the root-cause of the issue and help you fix it.
For future reference, you can also visit this website with links to Resources for educators.
I'm always here to guide if you have additional concerns about viewing our student's QBO progress. Take care!
