Join nowRecent update to QBO (global edition) has removed Advanced settings (plus two others) from the normal Account & Settings menu. So, my client & I are now unable to change critical features like - language, closing date, etc. Currently, the co. file is "locked" in Spanish. We have 3 Spanish (only) speaking users + one bi-lingual + 3 English (only) speaking users. We've never had a problem previously, switching language and, setting closing dates. So, Intuit QBO Design Team - please tell us where you've moved these critical features to; or is this a new feature related to the user permission?

Additionally, I've added this article that'll help add, manage, or delete user profiles in QuickBooks Online: User Access.
Please ping me on this thread if you need assistance in tracking your other QuickBooks transactions. This way, I can provide accurate steps.
Thanks Charlene for your quick reply, that unfortunately doesn't solve the problem (that's never been a problem before!). I'll follow your suggestion and, I note that I've just received a follow-up email suggesting another route to contact QB Team.
