For weeks now, QBO keeps updating, and not in ANY good ways. I have to keep going back to my dashboard and rearranging the connected bank/credit card accounts. Then, I have to keep going through "what's new" and clicking through all of your b.s. pop-ups. The hovering? Holy hell. It's a hovering disaster. I can't move my mouse without it hovering over some navigation menu and just SITTING THERE.
The question? Well, the obvious one is why?
But the only practical one is how do I stop it from updating? How can I stop it from changing my screen? Version? I just want to work, I don't need f'ing enhancements that DO NOTHING.

Currently, the option to disable future enhancements or updates in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) program is unavailable. It would be beneficial to have this as an option because it will help you manage your business more smoothly. That said, I recommend sending your feedback to our Product Development Team so they can review it and might consider implementing it in the future.

For anyone who may look this up, this isn't a solution.
Between the time I submitted this yesterday and now, I had to go through and reformat my layout - again. You know what else I had to do? I had to go through "what's new" AGAIN, for the umpteenth time. You know what else I have to do? FOR EVERY CLIENT as well. Oh, you know what else I have to do? Hate myself for pigeon holing myself in QBO. If I could leave QBO today, I would, but my clients are already set up. I have been telling them to switch to Xero, just an FYI. You guys charge SO much for SO little and all I do is want to throw my computer away every time I logon.

I absolutely HATE HATE HATE this terrible new layout. They completely broke their software. "Get paid and pay". What was wrong with just saying "income and expenses"....you know....basic layman accounting terms? What's with this idiotic slang? It's organized SO horribly now. Nothing makes sense. And I'm trying to reconcile the bank account against the monthly expenses which I've been doing for 2.5 years, but everything I previously reconciled has apparently disappeared and it's trying to get me to reconcile every single transaction since I opened the company. What??? I can't even simply filter by quarter or month. And I have no clue if some of these transactions have even yet been recorded as expenses yet. This makes zero sense to me. I've been using quickbooks for 15 years and always found it so straight forward and easy to use, and I am staring at this screen with absolutely no idea what to do right now to reconcile these accounts so I can accurately remit GST for the quarter. I am furious and want to cancel my subscription and migrate all my data to a competing platform. What an absolute joke
Sadly they aren't listening. I've given feedback 'til I'm blue in the face. They don't seem to care about their end users' needs.
