Join nowHello, we use QBPOS v19, and I have 2 questions. It would be great if you could answer them.
Question 1
We sell planters. Some planters come as a set (small, medium, large), and while we prefer to sell them as a set, sometimes we need to sell just one size. If the small size is $5, medium is $10, and large is $15, the total comes to $30. However, we offer a discount if customers buy a set, so the set price is $25. In this case, could you advise on the best way to add these products in quickbook pos?
Question 2.
We sell houseplants, and sometimes we receive the same plants from different nurseries. When we type the name of the plants into the search bar in "make a sale," it displays multiple products with the names that include additional information, like ADU, which we don’t need to see. I wonder if we can change this to show us the vendor name or vendor code instead?
Thank you.
