QBW32.EXE- FATAL APPLICATION EXIT

I'm using Quickbook enterprise solutions 13.0 contractor.

"QBW.32.EXE- FATAL APPLICATION EXIT

ABORTING APPLICATION:QUICKBOOKS IS NOW TERMINATING."

This error messages have been prompting on and not allowing me to work and it keeps closing automatically.

I have tried the suggestion solutions on same similar issue from a user all proven abortives..

Please come to my aid..

QBD 2013 is outdated and your best options is to run the verify/rebuild data utility. If the same error persists, consider to cross-grade to QB Desktop Pro/Premier. You can still purchase the one time license for QB Desktop 20[removed]021 with the one time license.
