Question - How do I change the default template for sales receipts?

Hello

We use Quickbooks Online. we have created a custom template for sending sales receipts, but we are unable to figure how to change the default template to be the custom. The work around is to switch the template to the custom one for every receipt before sending which we don't prefer.

Hello there, @ssvdma.

Let me share some additional information about changing templates for sales receipts in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

On the Sales Receipt page, simply click the Customize option, then choose the template. Please see the screenshot below for visual preferences.

Additionally, there are several financial reports you can run to track your sales income in QuickBooks. They will show you helpful insights on the things you buy and sell, and the status of your inventory.
