Buy nowFor the last 4 weeks Quick books Online not is functioning as it should in Safari, I've called tech support but get no help at all.
Does anyone else have this problem? if they are not going to support Safari they should at least be honest and say so.
I'd like a desktop version of the software but Quick books sales wont even talk about it, they just push Quick books online, which continues to disappoint, its so slow its painful even with my fast internet and of course support is severely lacking.
Any help or suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.
I hear all your sentiments about this matter, Print appearance. Let me share some troubleshooting steps to identify and address the behavior you're getting while working with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
QuickBooks works fine with Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only). If you had the lower version, you may have to upgrade it to the latest release for a better experience. On the other hand, you may also access your account through a private window to narrow down the result. You can use this keyboard shortcut to save time: press Command + Shift + N (Safari).
If it works fine, switch back to your regular browser, then clear its cache to refresh the page. You may also utilize other supported browsers listed here: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.
If you're still experiencing the same issue, could you please provide more details about the error or problem you're encountering when trying to access QuickBooks? It'll allow me to investigate and address the issue more effectively.
On the other hand, you may utilize the troubleshooting steps provided in this article once you encounter printing concerns while using Safari in the future: Troubleshoot printing problems in Safari.

I've tried your suggestions and do appreciate your input, but QB's just doesnt work as it should on a mac anymore, its actualy getting worse!
I've only just started using QBO, but the issues I had using Safari on Mac (mainly with PDF previewing) were solved by allowing pop-ups and disabling content blockers on app.qbo.intuit.com. Under Safari>Settings>Websites tab.
