Quick Books Payroll Simply Insured

Good morning, 

Shortly after we started using QBO payroll we signed up/changed our broker to Simply Insured. I thought it would streamline things but they could not get the deductions correct and the follow up was awful. We have now switched our broker back to our original but the Medical Insurance - Simply Insured deduction still shows up. I have to go into each employee and delete it before i approve payroll and the the next payroll there it is back again. How do I get that to go way and not come back up?

Hi there, CK18.

 

I appreciate the effort you've done to complete your payroll. Let me route you to the correct support so this will be taken care of as soon as possible.

 

For Simply Insured, any changes are automatically applied to your payroll. I'll suggest contacting them at this number 888-352-0146. Also, you can contact our support for payroll correction.

 

Here's how:

 

1. Go to the Help(?) icon at the top right to open the QB Assistant window.

2. Press the Talk to a human menu and enter the issue/topic.

3. Follow the on-screen instruction to complete the process.

4. Select Chat with us or Have us call you.
