Every single time you mouse out of the text field where you edit the body of an email and then mouse back in, the whole thing is obscured by a tooltip-style popup that covers most of the text field. Even if the text field is selected (active, blinking cursor, outline around the textfield), just mousing out of its bounds and then back over it brings up this giant preview. I don't *ever* want to see the preview. How do I make it go away?
Hi there, @friolator.
The preview shows up when editing an invoice email in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT). This is how QBDT works so you'll be able to see the details from the preview page. If you wish to remove it when editing an email, you can always close (X) the window out.

I honestly wonder sometimes why I bother.
I'm not talking about the Preview window that you click on a button to get to. I'm talking about the tooltip-style popup the happens when you over over the email body text area. If these are terms that aren't familiar, please ask your programmers, who will understand them. Basic user interface elements here.
But to simplify, I'm talking about the attached image (which of course, never previews properly on your web site, instead showing up as a long horizontal bar). Maybe you can see it. I can't.
Thanks for the additional information, @friolator.
At the moment, we're unable to disable the preview that shows up when you hover the mouse over the body text area. Meanwhile, you may consider pointing your mouse away from the body, so it doesn't pop up while editing email templates.

So what you're saying is "don't do that?"
Why even bother responding to these posts?
