Buy now & saveAfter successfully snapping an image of the receipt, which appears correct and records; once you go to review the receipt and create an expense the system states it's unable to retrieve the image. It does know to whom the receipt was for and amount. I tried the remedies suggest for the problem back in 2023 to no avail. Any further help available? I contacted support and was told an email with solutions was forthcoming but it has not. This was working in January.

I checked our backend and found an ongoing investigation for this matter. I see that you stated you've contacted our Customer Care Team. You'll want to ensure you've been added to the list of affected users. This way, you will be notified once a solution has been posted (via email).
In the meantime, we have noticed most of our users are uploading receipts successfully and having the ability to review them after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If you haven't already, let's go ahead and give that a shot.

No it did not. I even removed the app and reinstalled. Powered off iphone, powered back up. Still cannot retrieve receipt images. There's an hour wait to speak with a human at Quick Books. Haven't gotten the time to wait that long yet.
