QuickBooks Desktop Error C=387

You may receive this error when your invoice template is damaged. 

Solution 1

1.  Select the customer menu and choose Create Invoice.
2.  Add a Customer and an Item with an amount.
3. Select the Save in the upper left of the Invoice.
4.  Select  Delete in the upper left of the Invoice and select OK on the Delete Invoice pop up.
5. Close and reopen the invoice as a test for resolution.
