Quickbooks desktop Payroll glitch - email saying Payroll Service Cancellation Confirmation

After I've upgraded some of my files to QB 2024 I have received an email from Intuit Payroll Services @ payroll servcies. intuit .com for nearly every single file I've upgraded saying the following:

 

This message is in reference to the following company:  ________

Dear ________,

Intuit has completed your request to cancel your Payroll Service.

Thank you for your business.

Sincerely,
Intuit Payroll Services

 

Is anyone else having this same issue? Is it some kind of glitch? I have not requested any of my payrolls to be cancelled, and each time I go into the file to double check there is nothing wrong with the payroll software (as far as I can tell). I am only getting these notifications for the files that I've recently upgraded to QB 2024, none of my other files are getting these.

I recommend getting in touch with our Support Team. In this manner, a representative can go into your account in a secure setting and look into this email you keep on getting after doing an upgrade. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Enter a few words describing how you're unable to open your company file or the error message prompt in the What can we help you with? text area.
  5. Select Continue.
  6. Hit Chat with us or Have us call you to connect with our team.
