Quickbooks desktop support schedule

Is there any changes in the schedule for quickbooks desktop chat support on weekends? I cant' seem to get a hold on anyone.

Our QuickBooks Chat Support schedule is fixed and we're unable to change them. You can request a callback and our Live Support will call you at your convenient time.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue.
  5. Select Let's talk, and then choose We’ll contact you.

 

If you don’t see the option to contact us in the Help menu, you'll want to check the display settings. I'm adding this link as your guide: Learn what to do if you see the font, sizing, or other display issues.

 

Don't hesitate to post again if you have other QuickBooks concerns. I'm always around here in the Community Forum to help you.

Quickbooks desktop support schedule

When I choose the option in help - it just freezes, therefore I cannot contact anyone.  My issue is with QB crashing when changing companies.  I read there is a fix for this update R6_22.  How can I get this update to download? I updated this morning and it does not reflect that.  I also updated my primary email and it does not show up on my product information!

  1. Go to the QuickBooks Support website.
  2. Choose the product you're using in the dropdown, then click on Continue.


     
  3. Enter your concern, then select Continue.


     
  4. Select how would you like to connect with us.

 

Moreover, I also recommend downloading the latest release directly from our website. Let me walk you through the steps for a seamless process:
 

  1. Go to the Downloads & Updates page and select the standard setup
  2. From Select Country, choose your country.
  3. From Select Product, select your product.
  4. From Select Version, choose your version (year).
  5. Select Search.
  6. Select Get the latest updates. When the download finishes, open the file to install the update.
  7. When the install finishes, follow the on-screen instructions. Tip: Get just the critical fixes. Ultra-Light Patches (ULIP) let you download specific, minor critical fixes instead of the entire update. The patch release process will continue as is. Select Critical Fixes from the list as you download the updates.


Once the download is done, open the file to install the update. After the installation, restart your computer.
