Buy nowFrom what my bookkeeper's gathered, for my current version of QB (if it is not 2021) it must be moved into the trial version of 2021. What is the earliest DeskTop version that can be uploaded to the 2021 trial version? (...2011?, 2015?, ....)
Sounds like you're trying to upgrade from an older version of QBs. Because of various changes within QBs, you cannot make giant leaps in the versions. I would talk to Support and get multiple Trial Versions and step up to the current version. 2011 to maybe 2014, then 2017, etc., but ask Support what they suggest and where to download it.
And be sure you are not talking to some 3rd party Support pretending to be Intuit/QuickBooks and wants to charge you a huge amount of money. You can get the real Support# under Help within your QBs program. If for some reason it not in the version you have. You can go to the below link...

ALWAYS check, but you'll note that takes you to intuit.com.
If the above is not the info you were looking for. Please do clarify and I or someone else here should be able to give you more info.
If you are unable to open the file on QBD 2021, you can try on QBD 2019, 2015, or 2011. We can share the trial codes if required.
Thank you.
When she's ready, my bookkeeper is going to reach out to Intuit directly and see what's the earliest version we can 'jump' from.
