quickbooks does not work

As our champion user, Fiat Lux - ASIA, mentioned above, is there a specific concern you're having with the program? Are there any error messages, etc.? 

Most issues with QuickBooks Online can be repaired by clearing your browser's cache. Web browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing QuickBooks not to work as intended.

While I await your response, let's go ahead and clear the cache. I've included the links for all supported browsers that contain the steps to clear the cache below.

After clearing cache, please make sure to restart your browser so the changes can take effect.

How is that going to help? Quickbooks is literally falsely advertised, is a scam, is useless, is featureless and is just garbage. 

There is no way people are using this for their business

You should pick another accounting app immediately and purchase a 3rd party conversion service if required.
