one of our users has issue with quckbooks quitting unexpectedly, no matter what task, once the company file is opened. all users are on the latest version of qb enterprise, with all the latest updates, including all windows updates available to date. only one user has this issue from a pool of many with the exact same hardware/ software setup.
logging in with different users on this PC, as well as qb users, results in the same error, whether admin or not.
i've reinstalled qb several times (fully scrubbing registry and files/ fodlers), as well as using the tool hub with all possible fixes available.
main error i'm seeing is this in the log:
trackdll.cpp (148) : MESSAGE: 4660: Sat May 11 13:52:57 LVL_SEVERE_ERROR--MainFrame must be already created by now as this dll is demand loaded
