Join nowHi,
We are running the latest version of Enterprise 24. When accessing older transactions we have gotten a variety of errors. Most of the errors just close out the program. We have one user that gets kicked out of paying bills when another user is reconciling a credit card.
When I run Verify/Rebuild it shows the following errors fixed:
DLPEngine::Inside DLPEngine::ISDLPApplicableForType type=1 isApplicable=0
DLPEngine::Inside DLPEngine::ISDLPApplicableForType type=2 isApplicable=0
DLPEngine::Inside DLPEngine::ISDLPApplicableForType type=3 isApplicable=0
Every time I run Rebuild, I get the above. When I run File Doctor it doesn't find any errors.
Any thoughts? This has been happening for months
QB Tool Hub doesn't recognize the error and the Rebuild Data utility can't fix your file. Consider to purchase a 3rd party file repair service.

When you say older transactions, how old are you talking about? We are making preparations to upgrade from Quickbooks Enterprise 2023 to Quickbooks Enterprise 2024 and still undecided if we should make that move right now.
