My firm uses QBE and I have several client files in my care.

When creating General Journal Entries, one of my companies auto-enters the REF_NUM ("Entry No.") value. How do I clear this auto-entry?

I think if you enter a new Journal and replace that with something else, like a "1", and then record the Journal, then the next Journal will default to 2 and then count up from there.

I don't use incrementing values very often. I need this field to be blank every time--just like it is for all of my other clients LOL. It's just this new client which has this stuck memory.
