One of my clients is considering using Quickbooks for Mac. I use Quickbooks Accountant on a PC. Will I be able to share her files with my program to make changes and then return them to her to restore to her Mac?

Yes, you can share the client files with your program by following the steps below. We called this round-tripping, it’s a process where you need to convert your QuickBooks Desktop for Windows file to a QuickBooks Desktop for Mac file or vice versa.
To round-trip your file, we recommend that you and your accountant be on the same version of QuickBooks.
To prepare your QuickBooks file for your accountant:
When your accountant returns your company file, you’ll need to convert it to a QuickBooks for Mac same on file.
To open the QuickBooks file from your accountant:

Afaik, the round tripping procedure is only applicable on the same year version. e.g your customer can use QB Mac 2020 and you have to own QB 2020 Pro/Premier/Premier Accountant. Otherwise, you will need another solution to serve your client.
