I appreciate you posting here, Al M.

I'm here to ensure you can achieve your goal.

Before anything else, please know that providing us with more information about your situation is essential to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Hence, can you provide more details about your concern? Also, please provide a screenshot of the pop-up message so we can identify the correct information we should discuss with you.

On the other hand, you can proceed to these steps to review your Quickbooks Desktop (QBDT) version:

  1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  2. Press the F2 key.
  3. In the Product Information window, look for your product name, product number, and license number.
  4. Look for your release at the end of the product name.
  5. Locate your QBDT version in the Version Used on File section. The oldest version can be found at the top and the most recent are at the bottom.

I'm just right here waiting to hear from you. Take care!

@Al M

QB Desktop 2021 will be outdated on June 2024. If you have a non subscription license, you can still use it without any online feature including the bank feed feature. Otherwise, you can purchase QB Desktop 2024 to upgrade your version

I know all that. Will send pic of the pop-up next time I see it.

Thanks.
