Quickbooks Migrator tool one-time password issue

Hello, stuck with this issue. I was using Quickbooks Desktop and backing up to this Migrator tool. I accidently, installed Windows as a new user and as result, all info is gone.
I tried to backup quickbooks with Migrator tool and its asking for a one-time password which I don`t remember.
Has anyone faced this issue before and what can be a solution?

Quickbooks Migrator tool one-time password issue

When using the Migrator tool, we always recommend taking note of the password so you can utilize it whenever needed. Please know that it uses a different OTP. Since you don’t remember your password, I suggest contacting our Recovery Support team. Our representatives have innovative tools which can help you fix this in the least possible time.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.
