Welcome to the Community, @mekarim.
Let me ensure you can proceed to the section 5 exam for QuickBooks Online (QBO) Certification. This way, you can get through the assessment toward becoming a Certified ProAdvisor.
To start with, we can perform browser troubleshooting steps. This procedure helps eliminate common errors within your company file. A stored cache could be one of the reasons for the unusual behavior of your application.
Please proceed by opening a private browser window. This option isolates the cache, which is the common cause of this behavior.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift +N
Once done, log back your QBO company and proceed to the assessment again. Once sorted out, clear the cache in the browser to prevent this from happening again. An excessive amount of cached data may cause QuickBooks to perform oddly. If you have another supported browser, you can choose that instead.
If the issue persists, it would be best to get in touch with one of our dedicated teams working on monitoring and handling QuickBooks Accountant customers. They have the resources to investigate why the submit button isn't working. Additionally, they may verify your credentials and offer advice on how to ace the test. Please see this article to contact them: Contact QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor Support.
I've also provided this helpful resource to teach you more about the program's benefits: Making the Most of the Value-added Benefits Included with the ProAdvisor Program.
I'm just a post away if you need further assistance finishing your tasks. It's always a pleasure for me to assist you again.
