After today's update the customer list has changed. In the past once you entered the customer screen you could select the customer you wanted to work on, then once finished you could scroll down the list to select the next customer's account to work on. Now it only shows you recently accessed customers to choose from. Why would I want to select from a list of customers I already worked on? It now takes twice as long to invoice multiple customers. I'm not sure who designs these updates but they obviously have never spent time invoicing out a lot of services to multiple customers.

With the recent update, the default display of the customer list now shows on the Recently Viewed icon, which is why you're seeing the recently accessed customers listed there.
To access the complete list of all customers, you can simply click on the Name option under the Search bar. This will allow you to freely select the specific customer you need to work on.

QuickBooks can’t help themselves. They are “change happy”. Constantly changing the interface and functionality, many times for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Just when you get used to using the software, they make changes so that you have to retrain your entire staff every two months.

So all it will show is the first 1000 customers or "jobs" how do you get it to continue to scroll to all of the customers. I agree you guys are "change happy' and for those of us that use this daily it is VERY aggravating!
