I appreciate you for bringing this to our attention, @Toya W.
I can provide you with some details on how to connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online.
There are no reported incidents of the QBO system failing as of yet. You can use a private browser or an incognito window to access your account. It is to see if the problem is due to a browser or a subscription issue. This browsing will help the page load without issues from temporary data.
Here's how to do it:
If you're able to access your account, it’s a good idea to clear the cache to start on a clean slate. This process helps the browser to fetch the latest version of the webpage and a faster browsing experience.

There is currently an outage happening with QuickBooks online for about an hour now.
@LollyNino_C lol you cannot be a real human. IMPOSSIBLE.
When will QuickBooks online be back up and running? I have been unable to login for over an hour and it is just asking me to enter my password and verification code over and over again.
It is nice that they reply "There are no reported incidents of the QBO system failing as of yet" to a post that is literally a reported incident of the QBO system being down. At least the ads are still working.

Welcome to the Community, rayasunshine724, report login issue, and Kevin R2.
I've reviewed our ongoing investigations and can confirm there's currently one about users trying to sign in to QuickBooks and they're continuously looped back to their login screen.
Since you're encountering log in failures which sound like they're related to our recently initiated investigation, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team and referencing the investigation's case number (INV-92322).
They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct further research with you, and add the account to our list of affected users if necessary. This ensures you'll receive email notifications about any updates relating to it.
You can also check for/subscribe to updates from our QuickBooks Status page. If you'd like to receive updates, use your Subscribe or Subscribe to Updates options.
If there's any questions, I'm just a post away. Have a lovely Friday!
