Once that 100% is met, the line item/completed Division still needs to display on all invoices until the Project is completed, not when the line item reaches 100% completion.
I have the Progress Invoicing turned on in QuickBooks Online. Right now, I am manually re-adding the missing/100% Billed line items. How do I generate Progress invoices from Estimates that show all line items including the line items that have reached 100% billing?

The only way to have 100% billed line items show up on invoices is to turn off Progress invoicing, which defeats the purpose.
Intuit needs to fix this issue if they are forcing Construction related businesses to move to QuickBooks Online because they discontinued Desktop!
