Buy now & saveGood afternoon,
I am the Cybersecurity manager here at out office and was just made aware that QuickBooks Online became incredibly slow ever since we got our new Sophos Firewall installed in our office. If the users access QuickBooks Online while teleworking, it is quick to get in and do what needs to be done, but now it takes at least 5 minutes after initial log in to be able to accomplish anything and everything takes time to process.
Any idea what troubleshooting steps should I look at to see where the problem is?

Good evening, @DAObermeyer.
Thanks for dropping by the QuickBooks Community. How are you doing today? I hope all is well.
Intuit expects the most-used pages in QuickBooks Online to load in 10 seconds, and our Engineering Team continually monitor our systems to ensure they are meeting this goal.
While QuickBooks Online is a web-based service, it also relies on your computer or device’s processing power, the amount of available memory (RAM), and the bandwidth of your Internet connection to perform as intended. A shortfall in any area can reduce performance.
You'll want to ensure you're using the most up to date supported web browser while using QuickBooks Online. Here's a list of support web browsers:
You'll want to ensure you have all the correct firewall permissions set to allow QuickBooks. I suggest contacting our Intuit Developer team, they have the expertise to guide you and can provide you with a list of specific port numbers or IP addresses that you can add to your PC's firewall settings.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. Take care!

Thank you for the information I will contact the development team. The issue is not the browser settings as the same computer and browser is used and it goes from 10 seconds when teleworking to 5 minutes when within the office network.
