I'm here to help you rectify the issue that you encounter with the QuickBooks Shipping manager, @DFMachine.
As an initial step, I recommend upgrading or updating your QuickBooks Desktop to avoid errors while using Shipping Manager.
For your guide, you can open this link: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. Then proceed to the following steps:
- Close QuickBooks Desktop.
- Rename the following Shipping Manager folders to ShippingManagerOLD to delete the old database file.
Location:
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Intuit\ShippingManager
- C:\Users\[WindowsUserName]\AppData\Roaming\Intuit\ShippingManager
- Repair the QuickBooks installation.
- Open QuickBooks Desktop.
- Go to File > Shipping > [Courier] Shipping Options > Settings.
- Re-enter your shipping account information. Shipping Manager should now work as expected.
