QuickBooks SimpleStart 2013 validation code

I have just upgraded my Pc with Windows 10, a new SSD, reloaded QB SimpleStart 2013 CD with software we previously bought, updated, copied data back. Everything ok but software doing a countdown 27 days to register.  Have all details but need a validation code by a phone agent.  We are a one man business and are happy with this older version that we bought as a once off in June 2013.  How do we acquire a validation code? 

Have Licence Number, product code

When you buy a QuickBooks software installation disk, you can usually find the license information or validation code on the packaging's sticker. If you buy the software online, you can find it in the confirmation email.

 

I suggest contacting our Technical Support team to acquire a validation code for your license. They can review your account and provide an activation code in a safe environment. Below are some steps to reach them:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Hit Contact Us.
  4. Share a brief description of your issue, then tap Let's talk and choose a way to connect.

Opened QuickBooks Simple Start 2013, Help but there is no place to QuickBooks Desktop Help, Hit Contact Us. , Let's talk

I cannot go straight from QB onto internet as it says that the browser is not supported, yet my default is Chrome.  Can I not send a file or copy of Product Registration Card via email, or from this platform? Is the file visible to everyone on this platform?

Keep in mind that since QuickBooks Point of Sale Payments will no longer be compatible with QuickBooks Point of Sale software after October 3, 2023, switching from a multi-store setup to a single-store setup may work, but it may have implications for your data and how it is managed.
