I’m running in a loop with the various supports of Intuit regarding an issue with Time. I’m not able to reach somebody from the Time support Team because I’m
leaving outside US or UK. Phone numbers indicated on the web site are only reachable from those 2 countries and customer can’t even send an email for requesting support. The activation of Time Subscription is pending now since one week for some mysterious reasons. This is really crap. If you can’t support customers outside 2 countries, don’t sell the product abroad !!! This is not serious. My Quickbooks org is now partially unavailable because of a third party app sold under the trademark of Quickbooks doesn’t work well. I’m definitely not going to consider anymore Time as a potential solutions for my company and I’m not going to recommend it to my customers
