Based off of the description it sounds like you'll want to contact our support team, you can either chat with them online via instant messenger or have them call you back, either way you can follow these steps to initiate the support team contacting you.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?) at the top right.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert.
- Get a callback from the next available expert.
