All register transactions not showing up in Reconcile Screen

Hello!

My bookkeeper cannot reconcile the last quarter of 2020 because when we click from register for October 2020 to reconcile screen, about 1/2 the transactions are missing in reconcile. I’ve called QBO customer service three times, though the use of Glance they can see the problem and agree it’s a problem but no one can tell me why this is happening and when it will be fixed. I can’t file my 2020 taxes and that means I can’t apply for a mortgage and I am really upset about that. I was told by the last QBO customer service rep that I am not the only one with this problem.

All register transactions not showing up in Reconcile Screen

Hi there, H3LPMeObi1Qu1ckb00ksKenobi.

I appreciate for letting us know the result after contacting our support team about the issue. Let’s perform another step so your accountant can see all transactions. I’ll help you perform this task.

  1. Go to the Accounting menu on the left panel and select Chart of Accounts.
  2. From the list, choose the account you’re working on.
  3. Click the View register link under the Action column.
  4. Then, choose the Run Report option.run report.png
  5. Press the Report period drop-down to set the correct date range.
  6. Tap the Run report button to view the changes.

If you wish to get a copy, hit the printer icon to print it. This way, your accountant can see all the entries. Then, start reconciling the account.

I’m adding some articles to help you in the future. These resources provide instructions on how to personalize the data displayed on reports and steps to keep their customization settings.
