Good day to you, @niko2. Thanks for posting your concern here in the Community. I'll share some information about printing signatures on your checks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
While QBO allows you to create and print checks directly in the program, adding and printing signatures to them isn't currently supported. For now, you can look for a third-party app.
QuickBooks supports thousands of various third-party applications for any functionality you may need. However, we're unable to recommend which app to use. You can check our Intuit App Center and type a keyword in the search box. Here's how to look for a third-party app:
- Login to your QBO account.
- Go to Apps from the menu tab.
- Enter a keyword and click the magnifying glass to search.
- If you have found the app you're looking for, just click Get App Now.
To view a wide range of options, use specific keywords to narrow the search. Then, check the reviews from other customers to help you decide which app suits your business type and needs. You can also see print checks on blank check stock for some third-party alternatives.
Furthermore, you can visit this article to learn more about setting up your print options in QBO so your checks align and print out correctly: Configure your print settings for printing checks in QuickBooks Online.
