Currently, using an electronic signature for cheques in QuickBooks Online (QBO) is unavailable. Thus, I recommend you integrate with a third-party app that can add an electronic signature to your cheques.
Here's how:
- Go to Apps, then click Find Apps.
- In the search field, enter a word such as digital checks/signature.
- Look for one that will fit your needs and click Get App Now.
